Este puesto es responsable de coordinar, mantener, apoyar y dar seguimiento a las funciones del Departamento de Recursos Humanos tales como cumplimiento de pol?ticas, procedimientos y procesos; seguimiento a Planes de Desarrollo siguiendo la Regla 70-20-10; Acciones correctivas de Ausentismo/Tardanzas; cumplimiento de N?mina; mantener integridad en los sistemas de Recursos Humanos; coordinaci?n de actividades de responsabilidad social, coordinaci?n y apoyo de todas las reuniones de empleados, entre otras tareas.



Qualifications

Educaci?n: Grado completado de Bachillerato en Administraci?n de Empresas espec?ficamente en Sistemas de Informaci?n y/o Recursos Humanos.







Experiencia: m?nimo 2 a?os de experiencia en tareas tales como sistemas de Recursos Humanos, manejo de expedientes de personal, seguimiento y manejo de adiestramientos, creaci?n y an?lisis de reportes, coordinaci?n de actividades, entre otros.







Destrezas: conocimiento a nivel intermedio de Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel; habilidad para establecer prioridades, efectividad en el manejo del tiempo, buenas destrezas de comunicaci?n verbal y escrita tanto en Espa?ol como en Ingl?s.







Disponibilidad para trabajar en Puerto Rico/Estados Unidos sin auspicio de la compa??a.
